Sometimes I wonder if I'd be better off straight...

I’ve always had girls who wanted to date me but were disappointed to know that I’m gay. My whole life without dating or a relationship…I’ve liked so many guys but can’t seem to get one that likes me or wants to be with me.
But then again, I don’t think I’d be able to like the fish. I'll stick with the dicks.

If I had talent, I wouldn't want to be famous...

The media and the public will build you up to tear you down.

Once there’s a smudge on your perfect image, that’s all they need to hound you for the rest of your life.

Look at Whitney Houston. The drugs and the Diane Sawyer interview…9 years later, she’s STILL being ridiculed.

Michael Jackson and the child molestation allegations. Even in death, the man cannot rest in peace with all the legal and family drama and financial woes.

Tiger Woods. He screws 13 white women with no condom and have no kids out of wedlock…he’s still going to be asked to talk about it.

Although I’m a fan of Chris Brown (not to confuse with “stan”), I’m not condoning his reactions after the GMA interview. That was very childish. However, Robin Roberts should have respected Chris when he repeatedly tried to redirect the interview’s focus back to his album, emphasis and all. She ignored that and kept pressing the incident issue. That was very rude.

Chris has had his domestic violence classes. Now he needs anger management.

Robin needs lessons on how to respect and lessons in how not to be rude.

Rihanna could use some lessons on speaking English and Ciara could use a job.

Charlie Sheen needs a room in an asylum.

Victoria Jackson can go to hell.

I’m done. *Breezy Voice*

There aren't just dumb customers...

There are dumb hotel guests too.

Just because we're right next door to Turner Studios, it doesn't mean I see celebrities.
Parking is free. It's a fricking hotel!!
"Can I speak to the manager?" "Sure, one moment." *transfers*...."I got disconnected. I need the manager." No bitch, you got his voicemail. Leave a message.
WE SAID WE CAN'T EMAIL YOU SHIT WHEN YOU CHECK OUT!!!!! CLEAN YOUR FUCKING EARS!!!
"Is there designated parking?" "No. It's a hotel parking lot for the guest. You can park wherever." "But I just asked if there's designated parking and you said no." *wonders if this bitch heard what I said or knows what designated means*
You don't call the front desk to complain then tip the person you complained about.
Don't sit in the parking lot, call the hotel's front desk to ask questions about the hotel if you're potentially staying there.
"No. Atlantic Station is just within walking distance, we'll walk." Okay. It's hotter than Satan's coochie and A.S. is a 20 minute walk...go 'head on.
Please have the address and building name BEFORE you get on the shuttle.
No, I don't speak Spanish. When I say "Me no speeka dee espanisha", that should be your clue to shut the fuck up.
I don't speak or read Chinese either, so don't put me on the phone with your sister. Chang wong yu fuk me...

And all you black folks, STOP ASKING ME FOR DISCOUNTS!!! You can stay in another hotel other than mine within the company and you'll get NO free rides!

I can only be nice for a while...

From my own personal experiences, meaning how I am, I don't like to bother people who walks around with a bad attitude. Why? Because they seem like they'll blow up on you. I was...no wait, still AM one of those people. There's my roommate. A week ago he thought I was ignoring and disrespecting him, which I wasn't. I CAN show what ignore and disrespect is. However, I have no reason to do either one but he's upset about it and has been walking around with an attitude. I tried to speak to show him that there is no problem between us but he only responds with short word answers and that nasty attitude. In the last 3 days, I haven't said a word. I tried to be nice but it got me nowhere. I decided not to bother him any longer until he visits Dr. Get-over-it. I'm not about to have him blow up at me because then we'd have a very serious problem. But I hope he lets whatever his problem is go before it drives me insane.

I have an attitude problem...

I’ve always admitted that from the get-go. I have a short temper and when I lose it, I fuckin’ lose it. Some people are quick to learn that and stay on my good side but there are still some that cannot understand how I operate. It's like they need a fuckin' manuel in English, Espanol and Francios. They keep going and repeatedly pushing all my buttons then wonder why I’ve gone crazy. Stupid, isn’t it? When I give my answer to your questions the first time around, I’m not changing it…that’s it. Keep asking, by the third time, you’ll be looking at me like I’m a completely different species. It’s THAT easy to piss me off. Everybody have known me long enough to know this. But, there’s always that one or two that seems to be slow to comprehend then their left wondering or hurt.

Difference of Opinion

It annoys me when people try to force their OPINIONS down other people's throats, as if it's superior.

It’s a fuckin’ OPINION!

It doesn’t make you right or wrong. Don’t go around passing it off as if it’s a FACT because it’s NOT. The most common topic that these people do this is when it comes to discussing religion. Whenever it gets to that point, you lose all validity and credibility to me. That’s when I’ll tell you to pick up a dictionary for the meaning of “fact” and “opinion”. Maybe you’ll learn something.

Sneaky Bitches...

So I see somebody wants to hide behind a false name and send information to my family about me and what I do. I know its gotta be somebody I know and I know they reading this: Well, guess what BITCH? In case you forgot, I'm GROWN and I do what the FUCK I want. I'm not in no damn high school and I'm not about to entertain that shit. GROW THE FUCK UP AND MIND YOUR OWN DAMN BUSINESS!!! Obviously, you're not happy with your own damn life that you gotta be worrying about somebody else's.

And you see why I don't trust people. They say, "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer." Well, I don't know exactly who my enemy is but I'm damn sure about to find out...

Brake Happy...

If you live in Houston, you know, understand and feel exactly what I'm about to say.

THESE BITCHES IN THIS TOWN CAN'T DRIVE FOR SHIT!!!!!

Sure, there is a lot of road and highway construction going on in this city. In fact, I can't remember the last time that this city was completely construction free in the last 25 years (hol' on, lemme count the months and days) 5 months and 1 day that I've been alive and breathing.

But the damn construction isn't every-frickin'-where!

Morning and afternoon rush hour. That's normal. I get it. Traffic at odd hours and times of the day. Not really. But I get it. Usually, there's almost always an accident...right? WRONG!!

Half the time, there's NOTHING!! Just these no-driving ass idiots being fuckin' BRAKE HAPPY! And some of y'all already know I have a serious case of road rage. I just can't take this shit! It's not good for my blood pressure.

I need to move. Any suggestions?

"I'm a Lady"...NOT!!

Apparently, some dude wanted to be a girl so badly, he stole the identity and the life of another chick.

From the buddies at The Creole Corner:

BUSTED!!!

Twitter accounts, blog screen names. I'm surprised he didn't have a Myspace account. He pretended to be "Kahla" for a YEAR before the REAL Kahla, who didn't even have a Twitter, found out somebody's pretending to be her. In fact, as you can see in the above photo, the REAL Kahla posted a facebook status about the surprising news.

The Bug...

I hate getting sick!

As some of y'all probably already know, for the past two weeks I've been sick. I've had some bad days and some okay. For the latter half of the first week, I couldn't talk...at all. Then add in the breathing problems, fatigues, headaches, weakness, sore throats, chest pains and chills. Yeah, pretty much hell.

Aside from still making it to my classes, all I've been doing is drugging myself with the usual Nyquil, Dayquil and Robitussin. The occasional Mucinex DM. My best friend decided to try and get me out of the house after 3 days last Saturday and she wouldn't let me sleep. All I wanted to do was SLEEP! I was mad at her the whole night. Then, of course, since my grandmother's 85th birthday was this week, there was a BIG ASS party I had to try to make it through. I did...then fell out afterward.

Since I already had an appointment with my doctor to discuss the results of my knee MRI (which came out good...no surgery!), I decided to ask about the cold that seemed more than a cold. She diagnosed me with upper respiratory infection. Yep...the damn common muthafuckin' cold. And guess what? I've been prescribed Amoxicillin and some kind of cough medicine called Benzonatate, which look like some BB gun pellets. So more fatigue, sleeping, nauseousness...then *stop reading now* D.I.A.R.R.H.E.A. Nasty, I know. I skipped out on some classes too. Hopefully, I get better soon...or I'll be heading to the one place I hate - E.R.

Throughout all of this, that didn't stop me from updating the blog when I could. Oh, and there's a new banner. Yay.

White Chicks Got It Too...

Event host Ryan Cameron said it at the end of the video - "If you can step, YOU CAN STEP." The white sistahs with soul ladies of Zeta Tau Alpha noted on the event website that they were more than ready for the national final of the Sprite Step-Off Challenge: the largest national step competition in history. These girls did NOT lie. ZTA SHUT THE SHOW DOWN!!! They were committed, ready and unfolded as the underdogs that won to the tune of $100,000. Go ZETA TAU ALPHA!!! These girls deserved it.

Now, of course, you have some of those African-Americans that are stuck in the "color line" mind scheme of things that are being vocal about these girls winning the competition. What's the problem? They're WHITE! *Gasps* But wait...aren't we in 2010??? Besides, who said that there were ONLY African-American Greek fraternities and sororities, and that they were the ONLY ones that step? Granted, ZTA studied but they came hard and went home with the trophy.

And I hear the Deltas were pissed and walked out because ZTA got standing ovations. From the looks of it, the Deltas fell pretty flat...HARD:

Let's step outside of your little boxes people. Everything isn't always black v. white. Stop the hatin' and congratulate. ZTA were better and they WON! #YouMad?

Big face HUNNID!!!

Yep, I'm already at my 100th post.
When I started this thing, I didn't have clear direction of where I wanted to go with this blog.
Hell, I didn't even know what the hell I was doing.
But I kept going anyway and now look where I am.
I'm dedicating this post to all of you - my followers and readers.
Seriously, without y'all, I'd just be another crazy fool that needs to be committed.
Now...I'm FAMOUS!!
Lol, ikid. Seriously, I love all of y'all.
Thank you all for putting up with crazy ol' me and hopefully you'll stick with me for the next 100.

Racial Profiling happened to me...

The title says it all.

Yesterday afternoon, I left a job interview for a company located in Kingwood, TX. For those that don't know, Kingwood is a smaller community, dubbed as a "city", located on the northeastern border of Houston. I myself don't know the area that well as I hardly ever visit there. Really, there's nothing there.

Anyway, as a made my way back towards Highway 59 looking for a way to the west side of the highway, or the southbound side, I was pulled over by TWO Houston police officers. One Caucasian and one Hispanic. Mind you, I don't know the area so of course I was driving 30-35 mph and I didn't doing anything suspicious, other than being a little lost.

The Caucasian officer approached the car and asked for my license, which I provided, then asked if I've ever been arrested, to which I respond of course, "No." Meanwhile, Hispanic officer is on the other side of the car, peering through the window. The Caucasian then asked that I step out of the car, which I did, and he immediately began to search me, asking if I had any weapons on me or anything in the car that shouldn't be there. "No" to both questions. The Hispanic officer asked, which sounded more like a demand, to search the car, which I allowed. The white officer kept asking if I was positive I've never been arrested before, and I'm like I'd know if I've been to jail or not. Seriously, come on. So, while he runs up my information trying to seek whatever it is he feels he could find, the Hispanic officer comes back questioning why a wooden bar is in the car. Y'all know black folks: we always need something to hold the hood open. Then asked about me being a college student and what I was majoring. He was more friendly than the white guy. They questioned where I live too, and they actually knew the area. Not a bad neighborhood but it's no suburbia either. When I asked why I was out in the area, I explained I came from the interview, giving them a description of what the job and company is about at their request. Not finding what he was hoping for, the white officer handed back my license and stated they were letting me go with no tickets. What they were going to ticket me for anyway? Beats me.

The Hispanic guy went on to say that I was a good guy *duh!* told me to finish school and congratulated me on getting hired, even going as far as giving me a high-five. If y'all could have seen the look on my face.

The whole time I was thinking:

But I kept my cool. Most people would get angry or highly upset in a situation like this that they lose control of their emotions and their mouth. Not me. I cooperated, remained calm and answered every single question with confidence and without hesitation. I know you're probably saying, "Why didn't you get upset? You should be PISSED!" The thing is, I did NOTHING wrong. If I reacted differently, it would show that I'm guilty of something. But they picked the wrong guy...

The better question is: Why were these HPD officers pulling drivers over in the jurisdiction of the city of Kingwood, which has their own officers? Being a part of a family of police officers and sheriff deputies, I know all about the law and how each department/jurisdiction operates, and their rules. These officers broke the rules. I memorized the white officer's badge number while he researched my information. All it took was a phone call to my people...
